Aim for AdVantage (AfA) is an SBA-approved 8(a) mentor-protégé joint venture between managing partner AIM Consulting LLC and mentor Vantage Systems Inc. AfA specializes in technical and scientific services for the aerospace and meteorology sectors, including flight software, ground systems, and satellite systems. 

Unlike many small businesses, we have multiple certifications, such as ISO 9001:2015, CMMI SVC ML3, and DCAA-approved accounting, property management, and estimating systems. Our largest client footprint is NASA, and our capabilities easily transfer to requirements in Space Force, Air Force, NOAA, and similar defense and civilian agencies. 

We are also part of a small business consortium that brings together providers from industry and academia to provide our clients with a “storefront” of specialized technical support and expertise. As an 8(a) joint venture, we are eligible for direct awards, and we have the deep acquisition expertise necessary to help our clients find the most advantageous contracting approaches to meet their needs.
